Newly added inputs such as optical and coaxial inputs upgrade our standard set of speakers into full HD set of bookshelf speakers. With the new additions, we have also left the RCA connections in tact for keeping the option for RCA or AUX connections.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Service@Zinmark.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

12 months Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty period for all the products sold (subject to the date of receipt). If the products are damaged within 3 months, you can replace them for free. If the products are damaged within 3 months, you can provide free maintenance service (customers repair by themselves, and we will reimburse the expenses).
Note: If your products need after-sales service, please contact customer service within the after-sales period.You need to take a picture of the damaged product including the details and send it to customer service
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-returnable factors include products that have been used for a while and don't like them.Product damage caused by human factors such as intentional scratches or other intentional damage within the warranty period.
