Please help don't order it if you don't like the big size bag.
13.3 inch bag is not good for all 13.3 inch brand laptop, such as for new 13.3 inch macbook, own thin screen frame, the outer length of the laptop is 304mm, but for old macbook 13.3 inch laptop outer length is 325mm.
The 14 inch and 15.6 inch bag does not fit all 14 and 15.6 inch brand laptops perfectly, they all need benchmark laptop length and width.
13 inch ultrabook laptop may need 12 inch bag choice.
14 inch ultrabook laptop may need 13 inch bag choice.
Ultrabook 15.6 inch laptop may need choice 15.4 inch bag.
Please contact us if you do not know which size of bag is suitable for your laptop, please tell us your laptop length and width in mm before you place order. Then we can recommend the right bag size for you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Service@Zinmark.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

12 months Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty period for all the products sold (subject to the date of receipt). If the products are damaged within 3 months, you can replace them for free. If the products are damaged within 3 months, you can provide free maintenance service (customers repair by themselves, and we will reimburse the expenses).
Note: If your products need after-sales service, please contact customer service within the after-sales period.You need to take a picture of the damaged product including the details and send it to customer service
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-returnable factors include products that have been used for a while and don't like them.Product damage caused by human factors such as intentional scratches or other intentional damage within the warranty period.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
